Shaun x Rosetta...this is gunna be a rollercoaster bwahahaha

Rosetta shook her head, she really didn't. She thought about staying with Amon, but he didn't have a place either and he seemed to have hooked up with Tifa so...that stung.
"No. I can get a hotel or something I guess." She said quietly.

Shaun frowned slightly and he rubbed the back of his neck. Maybe...
"I have extra room." he said. "You're more than welcome to stay with me until you get on your feet."

Rosetta blushed, considering. She'd owe him a lifetime in return.
"Only if you let me pay rent." She bargained. "I'll be out as soon as I can find a place."

Shaun raised his eyebrows, but he nodded. He figured she'd be stubborn about it even if he kept denying it.
"Sounds like a deal to me." he smirked. It's a small gesture, but anything to make up for what he did to them really...

Rosetta smiled slightly and leaned forward, brushing her lips against her cheeks.
"Thank you. You're a good guy, Shaun." She blushed, heading back toward her room.

Shaun's face was probably as red as his hair, and he quickly looked away from Rosetta. He looked up when he heard her leave. He rubbed his face with his hands and let out a long sigh, leaving the hospital...what a mess.

When Desmond was allowed to leave, Shaun was back in the states, getting everything ready for his arrival. Shaun's own night terror's were coming back with each passing day, so he was exhausted.

Rosetta arrived a week later, with one duffle-bag in tow. She rang the doorbell for the address Shaun had given her. When he answered she blushed, but she smiled prettily, her hair natural and loose.
"Hey."

Shaun gave Rosetta a small smile and he helped her with her things. He walked down the hallway and opened the door to her room. It was furnished simply a queen size bed, a dresser, and a tv mounted on the wall.
"This is your room. Bathroom is through there. Figured you wouldn't want to share one with Desmond." he chuckled.

Rosetta pretended to mock shiver in horror at the mention of sharing a bathroom with Desmond, laughing.
"Thank you, it's great." She reassured him. "And thanks from saving me from sharing a bathroom with Des, I really appreciate it." She handed him an envelope. "This is my half for the first month."

Shaun chuckled and he nodded. When she handed him an envelope he shook his head. He took it though, as much as he wanted to deny it, but it would help him out.
"Well I'll leave you to it." he said moving back towards the living room.

Rosetta looked around the room. She put some clothes in the closet, folded others into the dresser, and put her pillow case on the pillow. Once she was settled she wondered out to the living room. She sat on the couch opposite of Shaun. Out of the corner of her eye she admired him. She wanted to flirt with him or something, but she was way too shy.

Shaun had been dozing on and off, and he jumped slightly when he heard Rosetta come into the room. He glanced over to her, quickly looking away before reaching for the remote and turning it on. He flipped through the channels, stopping on Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
"You like horror?"

Rosetta actually did, and she nodded.
"Yeah, it's my favorite. Kind of irritates how dumb some of the characters are, but I guess it wouldn't be horror without dumb people right?" She smiled.

Shaun chuckled and he nodded, leaning back into the sofa.
"I know right?" he said. "Irrational messes, each and every one of them. No one is that dumb...well...maybe a few people. There's always one person."

Rosetta smiled, and she switched couches to see better, sitting next to Shaun and leaning back as well. She nodded, watching as Jessica Biel did the stupidest shit and went back into the house before finding help.
"This is so painful." She groaned, laughing.

Shaun nodded.
"Don't worry, if we're even in a horror situation I'll get help first." he said. "And we're not exploring any weird sounds."

"Same. Just assume I'm dead but get revenge on whoever took me out, okay?" She laughed. When it got to the part where Leather Face put her boyfriends face on, Rose shook her head. "Well...he did the paperbagging for her tonight."

Shaun laughed, cringing slightly.
"No amount of paper bags will make that appealing." he said. "You'd need bags, perfume, cologne, anything."

Rosetta laughed, nodding.
"She could dunk him in the water tUbuntu. Actually never mind. He's probably never washed his junk before." She shuddered.

Shaun made a face and he shook his head.
"Oh fuck no...The thought alone is fucking disgusting..." he said shaking his head.

His phone began to ring and he groaned, getting up to answer it.
"Mr. Barrett. We would like to offer you another job." A man said on the other line. Shaun recognized the voice and he glanced over at Rosetta before speaking.

"One second..." he said. "I'll be back." He added to Rosetta before moving into his bedroom.

Rosetta burst out laughing at the look on Shaun'someday face. She heard his phone ring and she nodded, letting him have his privacy.

Shaun was on the phone for about an hour working out the details. He finished just as Desmond came in, seeing Rosetta on the sofa.
"Oh man, my dreams are coming true." Desmond said swooning. "My fair lady."

"Enough lover-boy." Shaun said helping Desmond inside and moving his bags into the room. "You caught me in time. I have to head out for a few weeks. Have work to do..."

Rosetta laughed, waving hello to Desmond. She frowned when Shaun said he was leaving. She was a little ptsd and she was horribly frightened something bad would happen to him.
"What are you going to be doing?" She asked.

Shaun glanced over at Rosetta and he shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly.
"Some contract work over in Connecticut." he said. "Nothing serious. Look tough, act tough, and I won't even have to lift a finger."

Rosetta nodded, and when Desmond went to unload his stuff she headed over to Shaun.
"Be careful." She told him, stepping forward and wrapping her arms around him in a hug.
